Varian Rez Pt.2 W.I.P.

Yet another attempt at drawing Rez. I further refined the character design. I've tried several different blending techniques on this piece so far, all with no real success. This is what was done of the best looking attempt, which utilized cel-shading, and then used the smudge tool to blend (I only got her shirt blended, and didn't take the excess lineart lines off of it).
